Returns made clear

14-day returns on unused items. Request a change-of-mind return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unassembled and in their original packaging with all included parts. Buyers pay change-of-mind return shipping; original shipping charges are not refundable. Contact us for approval and the correct return address before sending anything back.

For damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete items, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We arrange a replacement, refund or another appropriate remedy and cover any return shipping we require for a verified issue.

How to request a return

Email NexoraSupportShop@gmail.com with your order number, item name and reason for return. For a product issue, include photos or video when possible. We will provide instructions and a return address. Do not send items to the address on the parcel or to a supplier warehouse without our instructions.

For an approved change-of-mind return, ship the item within 14 days of receiving return instructions. Use a trackable service and retain your receipt. Items that have been used, assembled, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original parts and packaging are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect claims for items that arrived faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

We inspect approved returned items and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of inspection. Your bank may need additional time to post the credit. There is no restocking fee for eligible returns. For verified damaged, defective or incorrect items, any required return shipping is covered by Nexora.

Cancellations and delivery issues

Contact us promptly to cancel or correct an order. Cancellation is available only before fulfillment processing begins; changes may be unavailable after processing starts. For a missing or delayed delivery, email us so we can investigate with the carrier.

This policy does not limit your statutory rights. It applies to orders placed on or after October 14, 2026; any more favorable terms offered when you placed an earlier order remain applicable.
